FAQ
What is Feast Locally?
Feast Locally is an insider dining membership that provides cardholders with exclusive, monthly offers to the best restaurants, bars, and other food & drink events around Denver. It's like Restaurant Week, every week! Except better...
Cool! But why....
The goal of Feast Locally is to incentivize the fine folks of Denver to step out of their routine each month and try some amazing, locally-run spots around town. Sometimes we need a little push to try new things but, in the end, it’s always worth it. The Denver restaurant scene is booming and it is certainly an exciting time to be a food-lover in the Mile High City.
Okay, but why do I need this?
Because you're special and we don't care what other people say...
Since you found Feast Locally, our guess is that you are someone who is interested in Denver's exploding food scene and you may even follow popular food influencers on social media. If this is indeed you, you are a restaurant's ideal customer! They want to reward you for trying new places, telling your friends and family, and maybe even posting about it on social media.
We think you're probably not just looking for a cheap meal, but rather some cool new experiences and some added incentive to step out of your normal dining routine each month.
How exactly does it work?
Pending membership availability, a Feast Locally card can be purchased on our website at any time. You will be mailed a physical membership card within 5 business days of joining.
Feast Locally members receive 4-5 monthly offers that people can’t get anywhere else. Typically the offer is 20% off your entire bill at Denver's best new restaurants or a local wine & cheese shop. If you love dining out like we do, the membership will pay for itself very quickly.
We think this structure provides a manageable, fun way to try new spots each month before getting an entirely new batch of offers the next.
If the offers are valid all month, can I redeem the same offer more than once?
Yes! Unlike other promotional books or dining coupons, the awesome thing is that you can use any offer more than once during that month. We do encourage members to try every offer before returning to one spot. So much to eat, so little time.
What type of restaurants are typically featured on the membership?
Really good ones. As in, some of the best in Denver. A few of the 2020 restaurant participants include Acorn, Chow Morso, The Bindery, Morin, The Kitchen, White Pie, Citizen Rail, Il Posto, Park Burger, Dos Santos, Old Major, Smōk, Sarto's, The Way Back, Tacos Tequila Whiskey, Annette, French 75, and many more.
Are there any restrictions or limitations I should know about
We will never restrict what menu items you can or cannot order, unlike other promotional options in Denver. The only time your card will not be valid is during Happy Hour, when items are already discounted to the masses. We also ask that members do not combine cards with other members and demand 40% off their total bill. We want Feast Locally to be beneficial for both members and restaurants, and restaurants would ultimately lose money if we let it be a total free-for-all. Thanks for being cool about it- we knew you were awesome!
Why are there a limited number of memberships?
Have you ever purchased a mass-produced discount book or participated in Denver Restaurant Week, and found your dining experience to be kind of a bad one? Yeah, us too.
We keep the membership small so that restaurants aren’t overwhelmed and can provide their usual, top-notch service to make your dining experience one for the books. If you're lucky enough to score a membership, treat your card like cash because, if lost/stolen, we won't be able to replace it.
Why do I have to pay for a membership?
Believe it or not, there are cool people working behind the scenes to make Feast Locally possible. Since we all gotta make that dolla (holla!), we do charge for the membership. It also lets us know that, if you're willing to pay a little bit up front for the membership, you plan to use it and support the best local spots around town. We are looking for members who are looking for new experiences and a little extra incentive to explore Denver's food scene.
The good news is that the offers you receive through your membership are worth way more than what you pay upfront, so everyone wins! Hooray!
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our membership, we cannot accept returns once an order is shipped. If a mistake was made during a recently-placed order, please send an email within 24 hours to hello@feastlocally.com and we will do our best to help.
How do I renew my membership?
Follow the same process as a new member by simply joining again via our website. You will either be sent a new sticker or new membership card.
