The Nickel

Neighborhood: Downtown Denver

Located within Denver’s Hotel Teatro, The Nickel pays homage to the historic space that was once used to collect fare from customers riding its resident streetcars: a nickel.

Chef Russell Stippich, who hails from Frasca Food & Wine and Acorn, spearheads a team who designs their menu around incorporating the highest quality ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, distillers and craft producers. Every dish, every cocktail has a story and a purposeful place on the menu and that cohesion shines throughout the dining experience. Oh and don't forget about The Nickel's equally appealing brunch menu. With a bottomless white Russian and bloody Mary bar, you may want to consider a staycation at Hotel Teatro for maximum meal consumption. No judgement here!

Brider

From the teams behind Acorn and Oak at Fourteenth, Brider brings a casual rotisserie and seasonal market concept to downtown Denver. Promising only made-from-scratch offerings, Brider is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and we think you need to try all three, because you can.

Don't miss their selection of homemade pastries and other sweets in the glass case, as well as any of their rotisserie-centric dishes, including the chicken, lamb leg, and porchetta.

What You Need to Know

Reservations? No. Brider is a fast-casual restaurant and diners order at the register before sitting down.

Members Receive: 20% off of the total bill for parties of up to four. Happy hour pricing excluded.

Menu Must-Haves: Herb-rubbed rotisserie chicken, meatball & polenta bowl, french dip, and any pastry from the case. View full menu here.

Make a night out of it: Stop in to Denver Beer Company, located across the street, for a cold Princess Yum Yum or Pretzel Assassin. Cocktails more your speed? Ste.
